This policy outlines our commitment to the responsible and ethical deployment of Artificial Intelligence. As a provider of secure Large Language Model (LLM) solutions on a private cloud and agentic system integrations, we ensure our technology is used for beneficial purposes and not misused for harm. The following principles and measures define how we uphold ethical AI usage.


1. Commitment to Ethical AI Use

We are dedicated to aligning our AI development and services with internationally recognized ethical guidelines. Our approach follows industry best practices such as the OECD AI Principles, the EU AI Act, and the NIST AI Risk Management Framework:

Innovative & Trustworthy AI: We strive to create AI solutions that are trustworthy, transparent, and respect human rights, as emphasized by the OECD – AI should uphold democratic values and do no harm1. This means prioritizing user safety, fairness, and privacy in every system we build.

Avoidance of Harmful Uses: We ensure our AI does not facilitate unlawful or abusive activities, reflecting regulations like the EU AI Act which bans manipulative or deceptive AI practices that distort human behavior2. In practice, any application that could infringe on individuals’ rights or well-being is strictly off-limits.

Ethics by Design: Our products are developed with ethical considerations from the start. We incorporate principles of robustness, accountability, and fairness throughout the AI lifecycle3. This includes testing for biases, securing data, and maintaining human oversight where needed to prevent unintended negative outcomes.

By grounding our approach in these frameworks, we commit to responsible AI that fosters trust and avoids contributing to social harm.


2. User Agreement on AI Usage

All customers must enter a User Agreement that clearly defines acceptable and unacceptable uses of our AI services. This agreement ensures clients share our values and understand the restrictions on harmful use cases. Key prohibited uses include:

Misinformation, Fraud, and Disinformation: Using our LLMs to generate deceptive content, propaganda, or fraudulent material is forbidden. We will not tolerate the deployment of our AI in spreading false narratives or scams (e.g., producing fake news or impersonation content)4. Any output intended to mislead the public or defraud individuals violates our policy.

Jailbreaking or Circumventing Safeguards: Any attempt to bypass the built-in ethical safeguards of AI models is strictly prohibited. Customers may not manipulate or “jailbreak” our systems to evade content filters or safety measures5. Such behavior undermines the integrity of the AI and is a breach of the usage agreement.

Malicious Cyber Activities or Unauthorized Surveillance: Our AI cannot be used for illicit cyber operations (such as developing malware, planning hacking attempts, or facilitating denial-of-service attacks)4. Similarly, surveillance or monitoring of individuals without proper authority and consent is banned. Major AI providers likewise prohibit using AI for tracking people without consent6, and we uphold that standard. Clients may not use our technology to violate privacy through unauthorized facial recognition, real-time biometric identification, or any form of spying.

Human Exploitation (Deepfakes, Scams, Trafficking): We forbid uses of AI that exploit or manipulate people. This includes generating deepfake content to run scams, harass, or mislead, as well as any involvement in human trafficking or exploitation networks. For example, content that facilitates human trafficking – such as recruitment or promotion of forced labor or abuse – is strictly disallowed4. Our AI services must never be a tool for coercion, harassment, or violating human dignity.

Other Unethical Purposes: We reserve the right to prohibit any use of our AI that we deem unethical or risky according to emerging international AI governance frameworks. Global consensus (e.g., the G7 code of conduct) calls for mitigating AI risks like bias, disinformation, privacy violations, and cyber harm6. If a use case appears to facilitate violence, undermine fundamental rights, or contravene widely accepted AI ethics guidelines, it will be considered a violation of our user agreement.

Upon signing the agreement, customers acknowledge these restrictions. Any attempt to engage in the above activities will result in swift action, including possible suspension of access, as detailed in Section 4.


3. Due Diligence on Clients & Partners

We conduct thorough vetting of all clients, partners, and use-case proposals to ensure compliance with legal standards and our ethical policy before granting access to our AI solutions. Our due diligence measures include:

Sanctions and Export Compliance: We screen potential customers and partners against major sanctions lists (OFAC, EU, United Nations, etc.) to avoid doing business with restricted or embargoed parties7. Any individual or organization under trade sanctions or export controls will be denied service in accordance with the law.

High-Risk Actor Review: We evaluate whether prospective clients are affiliated with high-risk or malicious actors known for unethical behavior. For example, if an entity has ties to spyware development, state-sponsored disinformation campaigns, or other malign activities, we will refuse collaboration. (Notably, many AI companies ban uses related to mass surveillance or military intelligence gathering6, and we apply similar caution in our partner selection.) Our goal is to ensure our technology does not end up enabling actors with a history of misusing AI or violating human rights.

Ethical Compliance History: We assess the track record of clients for any past violations of AI ethics or cybersecurity policies. This includes checking for prior incidents of data abuse, unlawful conduct, or breaches of other services’ acceptable use policies. If a company has been penalized for AI misuse or has a poor security history (e.g., known incidents of leaking sensitive data or ignoring safety guidelines), heightened scrutiny will be applied and service may be denied.

Legal and Regulatory Checks: We ensure proposed use cases comply with relevant laws and regulations (e.g., privacy laws, intellectual property rights). Clients in regulated industries may be asked to provide additional assurances of compliance. We won’t support uses of AI that would put us or the client in violation of laws or regulatory directives.

By performing these checks, we maintain a responsible client base. We also commit to ongoing monitoring of client status – if a customer later appears on a sanctions list or engages in activities contrary to our ethics, we will re-evaluate and potentially terminate the relationship. This proactive vetting and monitoring protects our platform from being associated with illicit or unethical endeavors.


4. Ongoing Monitoring & Accountability

Our startup will implement continuous oversight mechanisms to detect and prevent any misuse of our AI services. Maintaining accountability is essential to ensuring that ethical standards are upheld after deployment. Key practices include:

Active Usage Monitoring: We utilize monitoring tools and conduct periodic audits of AI usage to flag potential abuses or policy violations in real time. Similar to how leading cloud AI providers operate abuse detection systems, we design our platform to identify recurring misuse patterns or harmful content generation4. For instance, automated filters may scan for disinformation outputs or anomalous usage spikes that suggest the AI is being exploited for prohibited tasks. (All monitoring is done in accordance with privacy laws and our privacy policy, focusing only on policy compliance signals.)

Enforcement Actions: If a violation of the AI usage agreement is confirmed, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate the offending user’s access. Our contracts explicitly allow service termination for ethical breaches. This mirrors standard industry practice — for example, OpenAI’s terms state that policy violations can lead to account suspension or termination5. We will promptly cut off services to anyone using our AI for banned purposes, to contain potential harm. In serious cases (such as criminal misuse), we will also report the activity to appropriate authorities or cooperate with law enforcement investigations as required.

Risk Assessment & Policy Updates: We treat AI ethics as an ongoing commitment. Our team will regularly assess new risks as technology and threat landscapes evolve. We stay informed on emerging misuse tactics (e.g., new forms of prompt attacks or social engineering using AI) and update our safeguards accordingly. Learning from real-world use is vital to improving safety5, so we will refine our policies and controls over time. We also provide channels for employees, users, or external researchers to report any ethical concerns or potential abuses related to our AI. Internal review boards or designated ethics officers will investigate such reports and recommend action.

Through these measures, we maintain strong oversight of how our AI is used. Accountability is non-negotiable – both our company and our clients must act responsibly. We stand ready to intervene swiftly and decisively to prevent harm, thereby protecting end users and society from unethical AI outcomes.

By committing to transparency, fairness, and external accountability, our company ensures that responsible AI is not just a promise but a continual practice. We recognize that trust is earned through honest behavior, and we endeavor to earn that trust every day by openly and diligently governing our AI technologies.
